Urban Farmstead

This multi-purpose building fulfills programmatic needs in the Crossroads Arts District with a digital media center, ground-level plaza, flexible apartments, and a three-story greenhouse. The digital media center, with an auditorium, classrooms, film studio, and library would offer digital artists a dedicated space to exhibit their work in the Crossroads, and would host public events at the plaza, helping to activate street-level space. Modular apartments can expand to accommodate growing families, and the greenhouse provides residents an opportunity to reap the benefits of urban farming year-round.
